HCV: Jersey City Council unanimously approves right to counsel measures on 1st reading
Thank you to everyone who gathered at City Hall. We are excited to see that the Right to Counsel and Developer Fees Ordinances were approved for 2nd reading last night.
The fight is far from over! RTC must pass with UNIVERSAL LANGUAGE and fully addresses the housing crisis.
